About

Bingo Games hit the online bingo industry in 2020 but if you’re looking for an Olympian, unfortunately, the brand just does not deliver. Pragmatic Play is the platform powering the play here and whilst we love certain aspects of it, there are just not enough bingo players frequenting the Jumpman Gaming network. With all that said, if you’re a slots player you are spoilt for choice!

Welcome Offer

All newcomers to the site will be granted 10 free spins – no deposit required!

Moving on, the first deposit player bonus available isn’t your typical bonus deal. In fact, at Bingo Games, you aren’t even guaranteed one because if your spin of the bonus wheel lands on the unlucky segment, you get nothing!

However, having registered and deposited at many bingo sites from Jumpman Gaming, there has never been a time that a deposit didn’t result in a win of free spins.

This can be from as little as 10 but as many as 500. Fluffy Favourites isn’t the only title you could win spins on either. They could be on Irish Luck too.

Wagering Requirements

Here’s where we have an issue with the sites on this network. The wagering requirements are pretty steep when you read the terms and conditions of any free spins that you may accumulate from the Mega Wheel. They are a whopping 65x the amount of winnings you generate from the spins.

Bingo Games have capped the win on free spins to £8 per 10 but even then, if you get 10 free spins and win the maximum allowed – £16, then you have to wager £1,040.

Additionally, any real cash wagers do not count towards meeting your wagering requirements. Only bonus cash does.

Deposit Options

Banking options are quite limited at Jumpman Gaming sites with only four choices. That said, the majority of players will opt for debit cards or PayPal and both can be used here. Paysafecard and PayByMobile can also be used to fund your account.

The minimum deposit amount using any of the options available is £10.

When it comes to withdrawing funds from your account, please note that ALL withdrawals are subject to a £2.50 processing fee. This would suggest that if you changed your mind following a £10 deposit, you’ve instantly lost yourself £2.50 thanks to the withdrawal fee.

Promotions

This site offers all the standard promotions that you might find at any other site on the network. Our favourite of these is the Trophies.

Trophies can be earned from the moment that you make your first deposit with Bingo Games and will see you earn extra spins on the Mega Wheel (which in turn means more 65x wagering requirements though). Just complete certain tasks to unlock Trophies. The higher the level you achieve, the better the Mega Wheel you get to spin.

There’s nothing unique in the promotional offers from this site but you do have access to all the usual deals which include, but are not limited to:

  • Happy Hours – Log in between 3 pm and 7 pm on Wednesday for a chance of winning up to 500 free spins.
  • Winner Winner Chicken Dinner – Be the player with the biggest single spin win in a month to win a £50 Just Eat Voucher.

What isn’t on offer, and is a bit of a disappointment, are any free bingo games!

Bonus Codes

At this point in time, we are not privy to any specific Bingo Games bonus codes but, like many sites on the same network, this brand does send regular mailshots through the post. These often contain bonus codes so, if you haven’t already, register to receive marketing material from the site by post.

Additionally, they may send deposit bonus codes via SMS and email.

Should we receive any bonus codes for Bingo Games, you will find them listed here.

Game Selection

Although Bingo Games is billed as a bingo site, it’s more about the online slot games. You only have to look at the Trophies you can collect to see the majority are slot focused.

The site offers both 75, 80, and 90 ball games and it is home to Bingo Blast and a selection of the Bingo Millions games. The latter two are exclusive to sites that are powered by the Pragmatic Play software.

In addition to bingo, you have quite the array of slots and table games to take your pick from. In amongst the titles from big-name developers like NetEnt, Microgaming, Eyecon, Big Time Gaming, Yggdrasil Gaming, and Red Tiger you will find others from Tom Horn Gaming and many more besides.

Contact Support

Bingo Games does offer an FAQ section but it’s quite limited in the information that is supplied. As an example, there’s no clear information about withdrawal options and processing times to be found in FAQs. You have to delve around in the Terms and Conditions page for the details.

The ‘Contact Us’ page offers just one method of getting in touch and that is via the online webform that sends your email direct to them, or by emailing support@bingo.games.

There is no Live Chat option available here and no telephone number is shown either.

Sister Sites

As part of the Jumpman Gaming network, Bingo Games has a list as long as your arm of sister sites. It’s not only bingo brands, some of the products from this network promote themselves as online casino or games sites who just offer bingo as another option.

Below are just some of the other sites that are on the same network:

It’s worth noting that not all of the sites on the network are owned by Jumpman Gaming.

TV Adverts

In the lifetime of the Jumpman Gaming network, we don’t recall any brand ever taking to the small screen to advertise their product. Generally, sites like Bingo Games are white-label products so don’t want to invest the money to promote their product.

Throw into the mix that due to advertising regulations, they’d be required to show in small print the wagering requirements of the bonus offer, advertising on television doesn’t see the way forward for this or any other brand on the network.

Should they choose to promote their product on television in the future, it’s here you will find details of the Bingo Games commercial.

Summary

With high wagering requirements, withdrawal charges when you cash out, limited support options, and no bingo players, Bingo Games scores just 3 in our star-rating. It has only been bolstered up from a 2.5 thanks to an impressive selection of slots and the fact that we were quite impressed with the Trophies promotion.

In order to hold any real appeal to players, this brand and others like it need to reconsider their wagering requirements and withdrawal charges at least.
