Queen Bee Bingo Review

Queen Bee

About

The top bee of Queen Bee Bingo appears to have buzzed off since the site launched in July 2017. However, there’s still a big dollop of honey dripping down the site that keeps the branding to a point. The home page is a bit bland when compared to some others online today, but it’s what is happening in the hive and the honey that they are producing that is most important!

This was the fifth brand to open on the Real Money Network from Dragonfish which means that you are given free tickets and spins rather than a bingo bonus or games bonus. The Real Money Network pays winnings in real cash prizes and there are no wagering requirements on any bonuses awarded!

The brand is operated by Tau Gaming, a company with a long history in the world of online bingo and this is apparent when you step into the hive of all activity at the site, the lobby. The nectar that’s on offer once you sign up to play includes free bingo, big-money jackpots, an impressive array of bingo rooms and a jam-packed section of slots.

Read our review to see if this is a site that hits the sweet spot or one that has a bit of a sting.

When you make an initial deposit of at least £10 using the code QUEEN at Queen Bee Bingo, you can then claim 64 free bingo tickets and 10 free slot spins.

The 64 tickets are awarded across two rooms as follows:

  • 60 tickets for the Street Party game
  • 4 tickets for the Big Bang game

The free spins part of the new player welcome offer will only be credited when you have wagered £5 of your initial deposit.

Wagering Requirements

Queen Bee Bingo does not attach any wagering requirements to their new player welcome bonus; any winnings derived from the free bingo tickets or free spins are paid in cash.

There are a few rules around the welcome offer:

  • The minimum deposit to receive the bonus is £10
  • The free bingo tickets are only available for seven days and any remaining after this period will be removed
  • The free spins are credited on a game of the site’s choice
  • Winnings from the free spins are capped at £1
  • Any free spins remaining after seven days will be removed from your account

Deposits and Withdrawals

The banking options available to you at Queen Bee Bingo are the same as at other sites on the Dragonfish network which means that you can deposit into your account using any of the following options:

  • By Phone: call 0808 238 9814 from the UK or +44 808 238 9814 from outside of the UK
  • Debit Cards
  • PayPal – only available to UK players
  • Apple Pay – only available to UK players

You can deposit a minimum of £5 and withdraw the same minimum amount.

Promotions

The promotions page is accessible from the main lobby but there is very little listed in this section. Details can be found of the welcome bonus, the loyalty rewards, and the Daily Promo.

On the day of our visit, the Daily Promo was as follows:

Deposit £10 to get 25 free spins on one of three games, the choice is yours. Use code FLUFFY for Fluffy Favourites, IRISH for Irish Luck, or MEGA for Mega Love.

The promotion changes every day so check back to see what the offer is on the day of your visit.

Whilst they don’t have much listed in this area of the site, the brand is home to a selection of free bingo games, weekend tournaments, and several guaranteed jackpots.

Bonus Codes

Queen Bee Bingo bonus codes are used regularly at the site and the first being ‘QUEEN’ to claim the new player welcome offer.

Other codes are used for the Daily Promo deal too as you can see in the example of the promotions section of this review.

Given how prolific this site is in using bonus codes, we would suggest it might be worthwhile to agree to receive marketing material from them. It could be that they send out codes using SMS, email, or post.

Bingo and Slots Games

On entering the main lobby you will find five sections; Bingo, Slots, FAQ, Loyalty, and Promotions.

Bingo Choice

If you opt for Bingo from the list then you head to the lobby hosting all of the bingo games. Here you will find it easy to navigate your way around the site using the tabs On The Go, Guaranteed Jackpots, Mystery Jackpot, Gobsmacked, Free, Ace Club, Weekend Tournaments, and All. You also have a search option if you know the name of the room you wish to play in.

When you have chosen where you want to be, then you will see many different rooms in that section. Details shown on each room include the room name, the ticket price, the time until the next game, the prize value or maximum pot prize, the game type, the number of players, and the chat host’s name if one is on duty in that room.

Queen Bee Bingo is home to four different bingo game types and these are 75 ball as pattern games (the 75-24 option), 75 ball as five-line games (the 75-25 option, or Swedish bingo as it is sometimes known), 90 ball bingo and the 52-5 variant of the game.

Tickets in the rooms range from as little as zero for the free games, up to as much as £10 for the Big Bang game with a £10,000 jackpot. There is something to suit every bingo budget.

Slots Choice

Similar to the bingo arena, the slots lobby is also split into sections. These are Favourites (which you add titles to yourself), Daily Jackpots, Hot Games, New, Scratchcards, Slots, and All. You also have a search function here to aid you in finding your favourite title if you have yet to add it to your favourites.

There are over 600 different instant win games listed in the slots section of the site and these include those from some of the most popular software providers. Eyecon, NetEnt, Microgaming, Slingo, and many more are all found here.

With new titles released all the time, and added to the catalogue of slots listed at this site, you won’t find yourself bored with the choice!

Contact Support

Queen Bee Bingo offers an FAQ section that is accessible from the main menu in the lobby. There is plenty of information in this area but if you still need to contact support directly, you can do so using any of the following methods:

As well as the above options, the chat hosts onsite are also very helpful and may be able to answer any queries that you may have.

Sister Sites

Queen Bee Bingo has multiple sister sites because it is part of the Dragonfish/Grand Battery Holdings camp. This means that all sites on this network are related. However, for this section of the review, we have opted to list just brands on the same platform but owned by Tau Gaming. These are:

TV Adverts

As far as we can recall, and a scour of the bingo archives, Queen Bee Bingo has not yet chosen to launch TV adverts to promote

Summary

There is definitely a buzz at Queen Bee Bingo thanks to the no wagering rules, a selection of guaranteed jackpot games, and a few free bingo rooms but we would have like to see something a little unique. Sadly, the brand didn’t deliver in this area. With that said, it’s a brand on a trusted network using popular bingo software so it’s one that has earned its 4-star rating for that reason alone.
