Bingo Crazy Review

Bingo Crazy

It was back in 2014 when we first heard the name Bingo Crazy and at that point, the site was powered by the then Cozy Games software. Fast forward to the end of summer 2020 and the brand makes a reappearance on the Jumpman Gaming network using Pragmatic Play software. With the change comes a new aesthetic and it’s Alice In Wonderland inspired, one of the better designs on this network. But will you be going crazy for their bingo?

Welcome Offer

When you make your first deposit at this bingo site you will get to spin the Mega Wheel for your chance to win up to 500 spins on Fluffy Favourites.

It could be that you win free spins on another slot, or an Amazon voucher, or no win at all. The segments on the welcome Mega Wheel are:

  • 50 spins on Irish Luck
  • 500 spins on Fluffy Favourites
  • 50 spins on Fluffy Favourites
  • £10 Amazon voucher
  • Spin Again
  • 20 spins on Irish Luck
  • 10 spins on Irish Luck
  • Unlucky
  • 20 spins on Fluffy Favourites

Wagering Requirements

There are quite hefty wagering requirements levied at Bingo Crazy on winnings from the free spins that you are awarded from the Mega Wheel. £8 is the cap on winnings per 10 free spins but these are subject to 65x wagering requirements.

£8 x 65 = 520 wagering required before winnings are converted to real cash.

It is worth noting that you can withdraw cash from your account before meeting wagering requirements of any bonus from free spins but the winnings not converted to real cash will be forfeited. Also remember, wagering is subject to change so verifiy the accuracy of this information on the official site.

Deposit Options

You can deposit at Bingo Crazy using your debit card, PayPal account, Paysafecard voucher or account, and Pay By Mobile. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is £10. Additionally, if you deposit using Pay By Mobile there is a £2.50 fee.

When it comes to withdrawal, all options can be used to withdraw with the exception of Pay By Mobile.

Currently the site charges £2.50 for each withdrawal processed. However, there is talk of this being dropped. Before processing a withdrawal you must first verify your account by providing ID and proof of address.

All withdrawals are subject to 72 hour processing times and then the bank processing time before it hits your account.

Whilst the site does have what looks to be an impressive array of promotions on their dedicated page (12 when we counted), these are all the same as what you would find at any brand on the same network.

At this point in time, they have just one promotion that changes each month and it is one that does not differ from site to site.

As well as the time-limited offer, below are just a couple of examples taken from the page that appear to be ongoing:

  • Free Spins Of The Month – Two slot titles are chosen each month and you get the chance to spin to win 20 or more spins on the titles for each £20 qualifying deposit.
  • Happy Hours – Recently funded players can log in between 3 pm and 7 pm on Wednesday to claim up to 500 free spins.
  • Birthday Bonus – Your first log in at the site on your birthday will see you given a Mega Wheel birthday spin. Winning prizes will be 5 – 500 free spins.

As we say on each review we do of a site on this platform, one of the features that we do like about the Jumpman Gaming product are the Trophies.

Trophies are earned from the moment that you deposit and start playing at the site. They are earned on spins and bets, bingo, Mega Wheel, games, games wins, teamwork, activity, withdrawals and deposit, and much more.

Below are examples from just two of the areas in which you can earn Trophies as a Newbie:

  • Activity – For opting in to all promotional offers.
  • Newbies – Spin the reels of three different slots in a day.

The more trophies you earn, the more Mega Wheel spins you earn. However, the one pitfall is that by earning free spins on the Mega Wheel, you have the 65x wagering requirements on winnings.

Bonus Codes

Bonus codes are not required to claim the welcome offer from this site. If you are looking for Bingo Crazy bonus codes then we do suggest that you agree to receive marketing from the brand at the point of registration. The reason for this is that often a brand will distribute codes via email or SMS to their registered and depositing players.

Should we be offered any exclusive bonus codes for this site, it is here that we will list them.

Game Selection

There are two software providers used for the bingo games at this and other Jumpman Bingo Sites. There is Pragmatic Play that has rooms networked with other sites that use the same software. The game variants include 75, 80, and 90 ball and our favourite game from this name, Bingo Blast.

Across these rooms you will find an array of jackpots and variable ticket prices; the latter means that there will be bingo to suit any budget.

Jumpman Gaming provides an exclusive bingo room too (at the time of the review, September 2020). This is called Friday Fun and offers a tidy jackpot of £1,000 with prizes up to 5TG.

As well as these, there are the Mutuel Play rooms and these too are in 75, 80, and 90 ball versions. These games are called Bingo Millions and whilst they play much like a usual game of bingo, the prizes on offer are not dictated by the other players. This means that unlike the other rooms where there often aren’t enough players for a game to play, you can enjoy Bingo Millions when there is no one else to play with.

To complement the selection of bingo games available, there is also an impressive selection of slots to choose from. You will find games from an array of different developers; popular names in the mix are Barcrest, Big Time Gaming, Blueprint, Core Gaming, Elk, Eyecon, Lightning Box, Microgaming, NetEnt, NextGen, Pariplay, PlayNGo, SG, Thunderkick, WMS, and Yggdrasil.

Contact Support

Whilst the site does offer an FAQ section, it’s not quite as extensive as we would have liked. Most of the FAQ’s, like deposit options, withdrawal periods, and how to verify your account, are answered. We’d like to have seen a bit of an expansion in some areas.

Should you need to get further information from Bingo Crazy then you have the following options to contact support:

Email –

We’d have expected to see a contact telephone number or Live Chat options, but neither are available at this site.

Similar Sister Sites

All of the sites listed under the Jumpman Gaming / Pragmatic Play collaboration are considered Bingo Crazy sister sites. The list is quite extensive so we have listed just a few examples below:

Jumpman Gaming is not only hosts to bingo sites, you will also find several online casinos from them.

TV Ads

To date, Bingo Crazy has not opted to promote their product on television. With no brands on this network ever taking to the small screen for advertising, we think it highly unlikely that we are ever going to see a TV advert for this site.

With that said, the online bingo industry often surprises us and if they should choose to launch a commercial in the future, you will find it in this section of our review.

Review Summary

Every time we review a Jumpman Gaming bingo site like Bingo Crazy, we log in with the hope that something has changed only to find ourselves sadly disappointed.

This site does better in design than most on the same network but the issues that mean it doesn’t earn a higher rating than the others are still the same.

There’s nothing exclusive or different in the promotions and other than being more aesthetically pleasing, it’s more of the same so just a 3.5 rating.
