Bingo Diamond Review

Bingo Diamond

About

Landing at Bingo Diamond for the first time, you can’t help being a little underwhelmed by the overall design. In comparison to other online bingo sites, it’s a little dull. It’s hardly the glitz and glamour that the name would suggest you might find in the aesthetics. There’s no sparkle at all; it’s more cubic zirconia than diamond!

However, when you consider how little time is spent on the home page, it does the job well enough with details of the welcome bonus and some Trustpilot reviews to give you an idea of how others view the brand.

The site was first launched in 2011 but in 2015 it joined the Broadway Gaming camp. At this point, the bingo was powered by the Microgaming bingo product. In late 2020, Microgaming called time on their bingo offering and Pragmatic Play took up the baton.

It’s hard not to notice that all of the brands under the Broadway Gaming hat now have a very similar design with the only difference being a change of colour scheme on their landing page.

If you like the Pragmatic Play bingo product then you won’t be disappointed with the overall gaming experience that can be enjoyed at this site. There’s a decent selection of bingo variants, an impressive array of slots, and it’s also together on a trusted network.

The minimum deposit amount is £10 but whilst the site does not list a minimum withdrawal amount, anything under £20 will be charged a £2 withdrawal fee.

Promotions

There’s a dedicated ‘Promos’ section when you are logged in to your Bingo Diamond account and it is here you can view just some of what the site has to offer by way of special offers, jackpots, and more.

The majority of the space taken on the promotions page was given to advertising jackpot games or rooms that they have available for bingo players.

As well as on the promos page, you can also see special deals by clicking the bell to the right of your username when logged in. This will show a drop-down menu of any offers currently available to you.

Bonus Codes

Bingo Diamond has plenty to offer by way of bingo and slots, but bonus codes are a rarity from this brand. None of the promotional bonuses offered by the site require a code.

Should we be offered an exclusive deal for our readers, details of the bonus code and how to claim the offer will be listed in this area of our review.

Game Selection

As we have seen with many online bingo brands over the years, bingo appears to be a bit of a back seat driver at Bingo Diamond. Whilst they have a decent selection of variants, when compared to what is available for slot players, bingo is certainly in the shadows.

Hit the ‘bingo’ options on the top navigation and you are shown the rooms that are available to you. For each room you can see the game type, the time until the next game, the prize pot, the number of players, and the ticket price. This brand is home to three variants of the game; 75 ball, 80 ball, and 90 ball.

Should you find yourself less than enamoured with the bingo that’s on offer, or simply wanting a bit of slot action, then there is plenty to choose from in this area! Hit ‘Slots’ and you’ll see just what is on offer. Slots, table games, scratchcards – it’s all there to choose from.

Microgaming have kept their hand in with the slots available to players at this site so that means popular titles like Thunderstruck, Immortal Romance, Agent Jane Blonde, and many others from this developer can be found here. It’s not just Microgaming that has their hand in though; many other developers have titles in the portfolio.

Contact Support

If you are looking for answers to a particular question, you may find the Help Centre at Bingo Diamond is a great place to start.

It may be that this section of the site does not have the answer you need, so if you find yourself needing to contact support, the following options are available to you:

Sister Sites

There are many other online bingo brands now powered by the Pragmatic Play software but the Bingo Diamond sister sites are those operated by Broadway Gaming. These are:

TV Adverts

Bingo Diamond hasn’t ‘sparkled’ on our television sets at all, and we don’t expect that it will be one of the Broadway Gaming brands to opt for this option for promoting their brand.

Should they ever choose to create a television commercial in the future, it is in this section of our review that you will find the details.

Review Summary

3.5

Summary

Not being fans of charging for withdrawals, Bingo Diamond was scored down for the £2 charge on any withdrawals under £20. With that said, the improved software provision from Pragmatic Play was a bonus, so we settled on a 3.5-star rating for the site at this point. If they could throw in something unique to their brand, we might consider improving that rating!
